Terrible Comapny to work for! Never work here!

Merry maids pays their Employees Terrible! I have been working for the company for a year now and my customers love me but I get paid terrible. As an employee your just a numbe to them! They promised I would make $400 to $500 a week after taxes; that only happened once and it was because I worked 50 hours! I usually make them $2,000 a week and I only make $300 a week. See the difference? It would help if they would increase our percentage we only make 20 percent of what the customer pays. So if you pay $100 I make $20 to clean your whole house. I wish that when a customer loves the job well done they would at least leave $10 tip so then I dont get ripped off by the company. Most days I clean 3 to 5 houses and work for 8 hours and only make $60. This is all the truth! Don't work here!
