Not very Merry with Merry Maids

I was having Merry Maids in Brewster Cape cod clean my rental property for the last few years. At the end of last season they charged me for a cleaning job they DID NOT DO! The Condo had also been damaged by renters and they did NOT notifiy me. They were notified right away and did nothing about it. They just called to get me to sign up for another season and when I mentioned about what happened last season, I was treated like I was a lier. I was paying $135 a week! At the end of the conversation she actually told me that is was best that we part on good terms. I'd like to know what she was thinking? I found another great company for half the price and they even do more cleaning. Merry Maids really let me down!
