After only 14 months a n a coil leaked out all coolant and sears wants to charge me over 800 dollars to replace warranty equipment. The whole Kenmore 4 ton system was replaced because of a leaking a coil, the selling point was that you cant replace just a coil because of refrigerant change. So, now i owe sears over 6,000.00 and i still have the original problem. I know and sears knows that the equipment was faulty before the 1 year labor warranty was up. They just want to get deeper into my pocket. Im very dissapointed in a company that i thought was reputable!!!
