Cooktop Exchange Run-Around and Repeated Customer Service Calls

Bought a glass cooktop. Do not like. Want to exchange for electric coil. Have talked to 1/2 a dozen people who should not work in customer service because they don't have a clue. Still waiting for someone to pick up cooktop and replace with new one. My whole house is from Sears. I wouldn't so much as buy a box of cat litter from them.
