Fantastic Customer Service - carpeting, flooring

We just bought our second home in 8 years, and we once again called Empire because of the good experience we had the first time around. Our sales rep, Todd Rideman (who showed up on the early side of the window we were given), had the perfect combination of patience, knowledge, and humor to help us meet our needs. The process took longer than I'd expected (due to my indecision and mind-changing) but Todd was the picture of patience and gladly showed a number of options and helped me talk through all the pros and cons of each. The carpeting was installed the next day, and we're very pleased with it. Empire has been wonderful, too, with follow up. We looked at Lowe, Home Depot, and some smaller businesses, but it was just so easy with Empire. I wouldn't hesitate to call Empire and Todd again.
