Salesperson Todd Rideman - Carpet

This was my second experience with Empire Today. Last time, the salesperson had an attitude and he charged me for two rooms minus 2 feet when I only was having one room done. I still have all that leftover carpet never used. I was hesitant to call Empire Today again but I set up a quote online. When your salesperson came I was pleasantly surprised. He was NICE! And personable and a real professional. I voiced my concerns to him and he said he would try and make up for the blunder of the first order. I didnt believe him but kept quiet about it with an attitude like "lets see him do this". He quoted me a good price but I still wanted your competitor Luna to arrive even though Mr. Rideman stated that he would be less than them no matter what. Mr. Rideman then called his office and when he was done, I was offered another price which I believe was really good so I cancelled with Luna on the spot and gave Empire Today the job. Had it not been for the professionalism and insistence (in a good way) of Mr. Rideman, I would have kept the appt with Luna. Now I cant say enough about this sale and installation. I will give Empire Today an A for this job and will conitinue to be an "Empire Today" girl for all my flooring needs. Thank you so much Todd Rideman!!!
