Today we were visited by Empire Today's Rick Pollack. Rick is a sales rep. With Empire and came over to discuss our plan for installing new carpeting in our home. Rick arrived at the agreed time and was fully prepared to provie us with helpful information about Empire's products and services. We were very impressed with what Empire offers it's customers, but even more impressive was Rick's professionalism and knowledge. What a joy to work with a real pro! Two thumbs way up!
