Contacted Empire to get wood laminate floors for common areas in my house. The guy came to give me an estimate. He cuoted me $8,500.00 dollars for an for a small living room and dinning room. Told him it was too much and he got upset. I made him leave my house. A day later a got a call from headquarters asking me about the visit and offered to lower the price to 5,000 dollars... Why couldn't they quoted me the 5,000 the first time wich is still 4,000 more expensive than any other quote I've gotten. Will never do business with them. Scam!!!
