LG Washer and Dryer never arrived - LG DLGX3876W, LG WM3875HWCA

I ordered an LG washer and dryer fro AppliancesConnection.com. Right away, I received an email a day (for days) about my order, delivery, etc. Then, a week later I received an email asking me to call them (Why didn't they call me?) It was a Friday. They were already closed. Saturday they are closed. So, today, Sunday I call and find out that the washer and dryer I ordered are discontinued. What? Why are discontinued items still on the website? Why did it take them a week to contact me? Why send all the delivery info to me? My current washer and dryer are on their "last leg" and I expect them to give out at any moment. Now it'll be even longer before I get a new set. And they didn't even offer me the current models that replaced the discontinued. They're out $2500 and don't even care. Do NOT do business with appliancesconnection.com.
