This company is a rip off. They give you the run around and they absoulutely refuse to help their customers in any kind of way. I went through to a credit counselor program to get help with my mortgage and vanderbilt will not talk to them or help in no kind of way. They promised in the beginning if we make our payments by tyhe fifiteeth of each month there woulds be no late fee. Wrong they put a late fee on my payment on the first of every month. The trailor was originally 61,000 by the time they added finance charges my final payment will be 178,000. A total rip off. I advice any one donot buy from Clayton or Vanderbilt. Theyare a rip off.
