Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance, Over payments and rip-off's

I been using vanderbilt payment on there web pay for over a year. Now they are saying payments for Feb, and March check did'nt do threw, so they want more money from us. I'm sooo mad. Also back in 2003 a check was mailed for the mortgage payment. They claimed they never recieved it. But My bank statement says other wise, it was taken out my bank account. I still paided
them another $498.32.. This is not right. Please anyone...
Help me Please... I'm tired of being riped-off...
