I contracted with Empire Flooring back in February and to this day, May 12 I still have not had my issues with my flooring taken care of. The customer care people don't follow up on things when they say they will and it has taken them a month now to draw up paper work to change my flooring from laminate to wood and it is supposed to cost me extra money for me to do this on top of their over priced charges to begin with. They have no way to contact their corporate office or anyone else with out going through their 800 number. If you ask for it they say they can't give it to you. I will never recommend empire today flooring to anyone!!!
