Avoid at all Costs

These guys are the kings at bait and switch and runarounds. Their TV ad stating that if you buy 2 rooms, you get the rest of house free is a lie.

I got 2 rooms done for $8,000- alot fo $ right. When I ask about getting my porch for free, the salesman (robert medja) said that is just a scam to get business in the door and that they don't really honor it.

That didn't sit right with me so I called to cancel. I talked to Mark Gomez who said they would absolutely do the porch for free. He said let them do the basement and they would be out a couple weeks later to do the porch. They came out to do the porch and tried to charge me $850. This went back and forth and they finally said that basically it's tough luck and go away.

Get this I did some research and got the home office number. I called to try to talk to Steve Silvers (CEO. The operator said that Steve refuses to talk to customer period. Fine, I asked for his admin. She refuses to talk to customers as well.

I asked what she thought about the CEO refusing to talk to customers— she said it was wrong but it was a job.

Avoid.
