Bad management company

BEWARE people... They have great apartments but the service is TERRIBLE!!! I went to their office paid the monies for the apt 3 months ago, they told me in 10 days I will get an answer for approval or denial, I have YET TO GET THIS ANSWER 3 months later.

I have spoken to Nicole who I did all the paperwork with and also have spoken with Darleatha - both of NO HELP AT ALL!

Either I call the phone rinsg and rings or they pick up and give me all kinds of excuses regarding the status or hang up on me.

No work ethics/professionalism at all nor customer/client relationship... Horrible horrible stay away!!!

They will take your hard earned money and just put you on LOOP with no response, you cant get them on the phone, they wont give you a denial or confirmation answer... JUST TERRIBLE, I am going to take this to a further step to BBB and Consumer Affairs... Its not right at all.
