3 month old washing machine quit - whirlpool steam washe

3 month old SearsSteam washing machine broke. Customer #1 choice Called Sept 19th. Service did not show up when booked and was called on the day of service at noon that no one would be coming. 5 calls to my home for one hour in length each... No response.
Received a phone message that washer will not be fixed for 45 days minimum.
When asked to speak to a supervisor, just given another 1800number to sit on hold.
