Not returnind deposit and fraudulantly collected rent

I rented home from these folks in January the home was used in the Bank 9/2 as a foreclosure. Jim Skiffington the agent and operator of Actual supply g m and keller Williams WOn't return the deposit in my experience in addition to Sept. Lease. After Sept. 2/11 he's no to the lease or deposit. He keeps saying he'll move it towards the Lender, however it is 3 months later and he nevertheless hasn't done so. Aside from the Lender has repeatedly explained they've no-interest in my own deposit not do they need any lease. They owe me $1950. Their helper stated she'd return it after which Jim S. Said no because he's the agent.
