Will not refund deposit

Four weeks before Roger got our property rental deposit reimbursement and place it into his banking account. That late bill of our deposit by of a month, so when it came it had been $200 short. We've attempted repeatedly to secure the total amount because of us. He explained he shipped it per month before, however it was not obtained and he explained he'd notice if it must be reissued, but we'venot noticed another term.
