I've really a big problem with banks that grab you off and wont do anything about it. We possess a home loan with bank of america and that i had planned a transaction ahead on line. I later recognized the date was wrong and so i tried to cancel online however it wouldnt undergo and so i called to cancel the date and reschedule it to get a later date. The guy i talked to stated that he'd look after it. Next factor we know your bank account is bad 500.00. Arrived at discover bank of america to out for each tranactions within 3 days. I cant get anywhere with them. The part manager actually sais that it was there problem and she tried to obtain our money back to no avail. They won't even return our facility fees. This may be the sorriest bank organization i've ever seen.
