Eastview Apartments
Not a pleasant place

The tenants upstairs kept playing music at night. It can be any time between 12 am to 6 am. Lookes like they didn't sleep or on some night shift. It was loud enough to keep you awake. I told the manager so many times to warn them. Every time, the manager promised they'd talk to them. But after that, the tenants upstairs were still the same way. Then I complained again, and they manager promised again. The managers always asked me for the details and kept all the details on file. But now I doubt they ever keep any complaints on file or talk to the noisy tenants. I couldn't stand them and left the apartment finally. Please remember, if you have a bad neighbor there, you probably won't get any help.
