Won't return calls

We had DJ's install a roof on our home. When trying to decide on which company to use the owner would call us to check on our progress. We decided to go with them due to the low bid and somebody had told us that they do a good job. The men smoked constantly when on the roof, they ruined some landscaping, when repairing a weak spot they pulled out a old muddy piece of plywood and used it (I was told they ould provide one piece if needed included in the price). When done, my husband (WHO IS IN CONSTUCTION) said some of the work was sloppy and the did not use a string line to help make the lines even. I tried to contact the owner about some issues, now she wont call me back. I am done with them I had to have someone fix the work.
