The Apartmant Manager charges what she want to charge tennants no set price

Several tenants have been ripped off from this apartment complex. The apartment manager charges several different prices for each apartment. The manager also charges a one time fee to use the gym which is unheard of and the money is not refunded after you leave. The manager has also stated she jacks up the late fee on tenants to adjust others payments. This is criminal and she needs to be put in jail for fraud or fired. Managers are held to a higher standard and live rent free they should be of good faith and trust worthy but this lady is not she is a crook and several tenants agree some have moved others are trapped because they have no where else to go with gas prices and rent hikes.
