Harassing tenants & racism

Like many crappy apartments in the C.S.R.A., this one takes the cake! It's property managers are incompetent, using their janitors; like "Ed" & "Rob", to harass Black Residents, & use racial slurs, falsely accusing residents of drug activity when they are none, & the Housing Manager is a "Bitch", who is often rude to tenants, & refuses security to protect the few good tenants, who actually stay there!?!
