The gentleman, who came to my home to repair my garage door opener on 12/22/09 was very polite, and professional. His first name is Nasser; I would definitely recommend him for any future Sears product repairs. Thank you for giving me a vehicle to express my satisfaction and gratitude for excellent service. Ida
