Nasty Not Niceness - Electrical Parts

Gave One of my employes a hard time about returns due to the product was missing parts. How much do you think it cost for my guys to have to go back to the store to get a replacement but also to be told he should had known it was missing parts. Well Know wonder their store is always empty. Lowes also lies about price matching, as they have screwed us on this many times. This Co. Spend about $380thousand a year in electrical parts. No bussiness for 1 year.
