Is A Rip Off Doesnt even know what products they are selling

They sold me a conversion kit for my truck. When I got the product, there were parts missing and it did not fit my appliation. I tried on several occasions to inform them of the missing parts and my situation, but always stayed on hold for 30-45 minutes. So I finally had to fax over my request because they never replied to my email either.

The parts did not fit. And when I asked for technical support, they did not even know how to help me. It has been over 30 days that I have been dealing with this and now they are telling me that there are no returns after 30 days.

What a joke. Thank god they are not the only game in town, and I was able to get the necessary tech help I needed from another company. I am still waiting on my missing parts.
