Unfinished Work/Senior Scam

Ron Spoljarick has not returned my phone calls and has ceased all contact as of October. My kitchen is missing half of its cabinets and counter top, the plumbing is not to code (per housing inspector), the floor is lifting.

I do not have means to pay another contractor to re-do the job correctly. I got a quote of $13,000 from another contractor who said he must redo the work that has been done so far.

The cabinets that have been installed are not plumb and the company that manufactured them discontinued this line, therefore I need to replace the existing ones.

Again, he will not return my calls and I feel that I was targeted because I am a senior citizen.
