Deceptive Practice

Mr. Errol W.-real estate broker - entered into an agreement with my father-in-law to rent his home. Within the oral contract, it was stated that, my father-in-law would receive the first months rent of $950.00 and Mr. W. Would collect security deposit of $450.00 for his service. Mr. W. Took the tenant to the bank collected 1000.00 from the tenant, did not share that information with my father-in-law and when asked to abide by the oral contract refused.
