Had a berber type carpet installed in finished basement, went to vacuum carpet in two different locations, directly on seam of carpet it unraveled right into the vacuum. Sent them a complaint and pictures of the damage and they sent a form letter back stating that if it is a "pull" then it is not their fault. It is not a pull but the seam improperly installed and had a carpet expert take a look at it.
