Called them on a Sunday, rep Charles C. Came on Monday evening. Very prompt, called ahead. He was very helpful and recommended what was best for us and not the most expensive. He gave us a very good price. We setup the installation for that Saturday. Company called 2 days ahead to. The installer called that morning with arrival time and then called when he was 10 minutes away. They were very nice and professional. They put down molding free of charge. The product is beautiful. We took the wood textured vinyl flooring. They are very good and would use them again. We live in queens new york.
