Sears installed AC wrong

We purchased a central air conditioner from Sears last year for about $7,000.00. This was no small expense for us. We found out that the electrician disconnected our heat when we tried to turn it on in the fall. Had our furnace company reconnect the heat and everything was fine, until we turned on the ac for the first time this year and it didn't work. We called Sears since it was still under warranty. It took 2 weeks of calls to have someone look at and tell us we needed an electrician, which we have been telling Sears since we made the first phone call. Another week of phone calls and we finally got an electrician to look at it only to tell us that he needed to order a part. It's a week later and we haven't heard from Sears or the electrician. It's been almost a month since we placed the first call to Sears and the AC still isn't fixed. We've called Sears almost daily and have spoken to several different people, all of whom say they will call back by the end of the business day. Most of them we never hear from again. It was almost 100 degrees on the second floor of my home yesterday and I have 2 elderly parents and a disabled sister living here. This is the worst customer service I've ever been involved with. It's no wonder Sears is going out of business if this is how they treat their customers.
