We were winning bidder on a home on December 14. Their FAQ on their website states you will receive a winning bidder e-mail followed by a phone call from a rep within 24 hours. I called two days after the auction ended as we had recieved neither an e-mail or a phone call. I asked her to resend to a different address. She told me we would recieve a pohne call (this was all via online chat). This was on a Thursday... So I wanted til the weekend was over and revisited the online Chat this morning, December 20th. I explained again the situation. The agent reponded that the contract was not received therefore the transaction was voided. I explained yet AGAIN that we had received nothing from them. She referred me to a phone number to call. I did. They sent me to someone else. At this time I have left a message with a supervisor. I am waiting on them to return my call. At this point I have a sneacking suspicous that since the sale didn't bring much money... The follow up was not made? We will see - but it's seeming awful fishy as this point as I watched for an e-mail and waited on a call for a property I was hoping to purchase.
