Modification Delayed Past Self-Imposed Deadline by Nearly Three Weeks

We are trying to do a modification. I know for a FACT that we qualify for a lot of programs... However, Freedom Mortgage is purposely dragging their feet... So they can foreclose on us. They have missed their self imposed deadline by almost three weeks now... This is the worst company ever... (aside from Wells Fargo probably)...
