Poor customer service from Freedom Mortgage - Home Mortgage

I recently re finance my home to freedom mortgage from wells fargo bank. I used to get excellent customer service from Wells fargo. Wells Fargo send me a check for my escrow balance and I authorize FM to withdraw the money from my bank. Since last two months the money is sitting in the bank. I called the customer service today and I was holding the phone over 1 hr and 10 min. To talk to someone about this issue. OMG I made a wrong choice. I never recommend this company anyone. Please dont refinance your home with this company. I dont know what I am going to face in the future. Extreme poor customer service and nobody there to answer your phone. Now I am regretting I left wells fargo.
