Freedom is bad

I have mortgage w/freedom for 3years now, since last year I've been trying to refinance with them, i'am on my fourth agent, and i keep getting the run around by them. Ever week its a different agent with a different excuse.
On two diffrent accaison a gent was dispatch to my home, all paper work was doned and all documents were summitted, and till this day nothing have been doned, I'am still waiting for to tell me what's up.
