Emodification/Obama plane

We have a sub-prime Mortgage with Chase Home Finance, and we have been trying to get a 30 year fixed with lower payments. Back in September we begin the process. They have loss the paperwork numerous times and we kept re-submitting. We did the trial remodification and are now in our six payment of $851.77, Chase kept telling us we were almost their. Then yesterday we received another remodification for the exact amount of our previous mortgage of $1425.00.interest rate has not gone down which is 9.775 and they want us to start all over again, I did not know that Chase and Fannie mae were one in the same. I thought that the Obama plan was suppose to get rid of the sub-prime interest and help people stay in their homes. We feel very deceived as we have done everything they have asked, and it was also published in the Tribune dated July 16 where Chase took out a full page add stating they are working with the obama people to get people n their homes and it would be done in three payments. We were in foreclosure back in Feb and it was put on hold because we have did the trial re-modification, now because we can't afford the $1425.00 we will definitely lose our home.

I have contacted every news paper, my congressman, the white House, the attorney general of your fraud. We will not submit anymore paperwork.
