Took my property and wouldn't return it

Purchased some leatherman pliers 300 design in suggestion town in july or sept I came across another collection i loved better; and so I visited the shop where i reside and attempted to come back them-and I had been requested for my recipt was informed can't think it is. At that time they visited appear it-up and stated they didn't notice where any were offered there after which stated they'd not provide them with back again to me i named suggestion town where i acquired them-and they discovered once they were bought. But nonetheless dont have my 70 dollars or my pliers. I need this case cured in twenty four hours I've approached my lawyer and also the authorities or even solved I'll notice you in court.
