Can't get a simple refund on a gift card

We obtained something special card like a holiday present last year. Visited utilize it in March and discovered the cafe shut down within our condition. I delivered the card back again to them in July. Approached them again in Sept. To ask regarding the standing of my reimbursement. They stated they didn't get the card. They approached me again later in Sept and stated that they DID obtain it on August 7. Stated it had been using their records department. Also it takes about 2 months to approach. I approached them again in March and stated I still hadn't obtained something and that I was really upset at their bad customer support and that I have not noticed from their website since.
