Fraudualent charges

Requested an effort purchase of acai berries for $3.95 and about 14 days later my account was billed $89.74 On January 9th I named the amount on my bank record plus they stated they'd return my cash within 7-10 times and stop consideration. I advised them that used to do not purchase a membership for the product. On January 22 I named again and also the woman I talked with stated they don't do discounts. I requested to talk to a boss and he or she stated boss was on another phone and he or she set me on-hold then it visited a voicemail where I quit a note. I called again fifteen minutes later and also the woman I talked with subsequently stated they terminated my membership and therefore are running my reimbursement. I requested to talk to a boss she explained again that boss is on another phone I requested do they've several and he or she said yes. I expected for another telephone # she stated they do not have one. I expected to get a mailing address and he or she wouldn't give me one. I inquired what condition these were in she claimed California but wouldn't provide me the town. Have approached my lawyer and certainly will contact attorney-general in florida and also the greater business agency in california. Brenda in atlanta
