Modification

Hello my name is carlos, i have been trying to get a modification for about a year and a half. Nothing but run arounds and after i submit the paperwork they ask, they make up other documents that the need. I never stop faxing the same paperwork. This has put a strain on my marriage and my wife and kids might leave me because they cant handle this anymore.
