CHASE IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS - Chase Home Affordable Modification Program

I had apply for the home modification program with Chase in Feb. Chase keep asking for documentations, pay stubs, checking account statements, tax returns, you name it they ask for it. I have provided all teh required documentataion, and have spent a great deal of money faxing these documents to them. Every three months (90 days) I another threatening letter statingthat they need all the formention documents again. Well I am now on my 7th time submitting documentation to them the same documentation over adn over and over again, just updated. I was told one time that the modification was disapporved because the home was a rental. (it not it is owner occupied) I was told that it was disapproved because it was owner ocupied and needs to be a rental. I tried to contact the "Underwriter" to find out what is going on with tis modificatio. But CHASE refused to disclose information, except that they have all the required documedntation. Then I get again a threaten letter the house is going into foreclosure unless I submitt the same documents that they have, I have faxed them 7 times already. Therer is no one you can talk to, only low level personel who make the threaten phone calls to you, and tell you as one person told me was her job to harrass me about not making full payments. I was told by Chase to make a lower payment until the loan is approved or disapproved, byt Chase keeps calling requiring full payments, and the money that I sent in for teh past year has not shown up nor applied towqard my balance., it like Chase is charging me over $1100.00 a month in intrest. No one at CHASE can answer your question.
