I was a tennant at fairport gardens apartments for 2 years had nothing but harrassment from previous tennants and break ins called the police and utility payments not being received closed lease may was told no problem for rent deposit then said i damaged the carpet the maintenace men pissed on and left muddy boot prints i have contacted chris windon for over three months the damaged to the carpet is my fault i stated the maintenace men left those prints on the carpet and walls also ex conficts hired as maintenace men was out of gas services for over two months and was charged for the neglience of fairport again while all this on my mind what does it take to resolve the incidents 1 year court claims all is under $500.00 not enough for a small claims in court on sdi of $687.00 monthly could use help for remibursment freda stephenson 2216 glenbrook drive columbus ohio 43232 phone 614-237-7647 email at frdget@aol.com thank you for your time correspond as soon as possible i hope some answers will come about thanks again here from you soon concerned in columbus ohio thanks
