As an employee of Lowes in Granbury tx. We have no alternative but to complain online. We have been warned by management that if we speak up about matters in store we will lose our jobs. Recently two upper management from corporate visited the store and no one was allowed to ask for a meeting. One of the top sales persons in the store has been openly giving huge discounts to her customers and openly breaking company policies (no lunch breaks, taking customers info home, dress code violations, taking tips from customers, consistently late) and when we voice objections to manager, it falls on deaf ears. Someone from corporate please talk to employees and get the real scoop.
