No matienace service at all

Avalon oaks apartment manager and maintenace guy are the worst people ever. Our A/C stopped working about a week ago for no reason so I called Maintenace and he said he'd come out. He never showed up so I called again acouple days later and he said he'd be here within 2 hours... And then never showed up once again. I called the main office and talked to Shawn who said she'd make sure that he came out that day. He never showed up and I waited in my hot apartment all day.

I called the maintenace guy again and he said that his emergency is alot more important than ours and hung up on me!!! I called the main office and left a voice mail telling them what happened and demaned a called back and they never called back. Its driving me crazy and I don't know what else to do because they won't call back, they won't fix my problems and they don't even care. There has to be something I can do, because something needs to be done. I'm not gonna stay in this apartment and burn up all summer.
