Was informed explicitily it was to be always a cost-free mortgage - no-roll over into mortgage etc.

Was informed explicity that my $400 deposit could be returned at shutting -simply had a need to start issues off. When I really got the final pack using the details that measured along with dropping my $400 I'd to pay for one more $1300.

THey now claim they do not owe me a return.

They outright lied.
