QUICKEN LOANS is just a ripoff, didn't reveal cash required at final. Refused first mortgage then minute mortgage was a headache with continuous paperwork as well as desired my mother-in-laws banking account record since she offered us 5000 dollars for additional reasons. Then explained i required 5000 dollars for shutting when first informed final price could be incorporated, offered me a run-around concerning the evaluation not being large enough which my next mortgage company GREENTREE ruled how much cash they[QUICKEN LOANS] might give me and we were short the 5000 bucks, fairly accidental the amt was 5000 dallars. Lost my 500 bucks aswell.
