I approached Quicken Loans to get a feasible refinance. I had been informed that anything seemed good-and I ought to qualify without any issues. I gave them a $500.00 deposit. After my house was evaluated plus they documented that I warm my house with timber plus a copy gas heater, they refused my mortgage. They stated they don't make loans on houses which are warmed with timber. They got my $500.00. This can be a crime.
