Poor Customer Service and Unprofessional

I entered in to a Purchase and Purchase Contract with Holiday Team in September. Purchase nevertheless wasn't total 9 weeks later. I needed to go to the home in June preservation charge paid, and week planned. Never gotten verification after numerous telephone calls and emails. Our sales person attributed team at resort. Followed-up with resort to get verification and was educated purchase was declined in March. Catherine War from Holiday Team 'did some checking' and established purchase was declined. Resort has first right of rejection. I had been educated by Catherine that 'it should have fallen through the breaks'. Today I'm waiting to get compensation on my original expense and was educated it'll consider three or four months.

The team at Holiday Team is unresponsive and unprofessional. Conversation wasn't delivered after they recognized their mistake which the timeshare will not be moved. I'm coping with a worker from customer support that's focusing on my reimbursement. She stays the only real individual to react by mail or telephone.
