Ad bad service

My apartment is 2139 the a/c hasnt been working for about two months my brother has reported it to the manager and she always says that she will be over to see how hot it is and that she is going to send maintence over right away they never come and when they do come they say its going to be fixed the next day because they have to order a part they never do the other apartment next to us below us and in front of use have the same problem but have reported it too and they have gone tired of bugging them the maintnence people have been called more than 8 times about this problem and nothing has been done the apartments are in very bad shape they are over exadruaded in roaches the dishwashers leak all the water when you use them and if you leave on second floor the people under you say that the water leaks on their floor really and truly somebody needs toy come and inspect the apartments and they would not pass
