Property sold not as promised

We own two Westgate timeshares and exchanged in to the Marriott Grand Chateau in Vegas to get a week in March. We loved it enough to follow purchasing a Marriott timeshare.

Your sales person was Corey Willis, a retired football player. He showed us the brand new models there-but my partner decided it had been not within our budget. Then he discovered us a resale device in California.

My husband and that I closed the purchase documents and created a deposit. After returning home the documents that came didn't fit what we'd bought - actually Marriott had our titles on two distinct qualities in the beginning - the documents weren't To Get A TWO BEDROOM LOCKOUT UNIT WHATSOEVER!

My husband talked many times to Rick Grubbs, the "supervisor" in Vegas (we noticed him there when Corey was buying device for all of US) amd got nowhere. My spouse subsequently published a notice to Marriott Vacation Membership detailing our situation; the home documents we obtained weren't for what we bought. We needed the lockout device Corey had offered us or we didn't need the timeshare whatsoever.

We received a notice from Brenda L. Powerful, in the Fresh Operator Management having a cc to Donna Vadala, Revenue Management Mgr stating our agreement is mixed. Marriott is keeping our $1180.00 deposit we produced in great religion, and "think about the issue determined in the place of seeking additional available alternatives". Why did they NOT locate us the correct timeshare or acknowledge Corey created an error and return our deposit?

We're "actual" customers, not "impulse" customers -we shall drive a broad cabin around Marriott Vacation Club Worldwide as time goes on - exactly what a disgrace
