Misleading customers

At that time of our timeshare purchase at marriott capabilities your salesman, kenneth harrop, fooled us regarding the way timeshare might be used. He again and again stated that once we wanted to use your timeshare, anytime of year, we'd have no issue. Nicely, we tried to utilize it this march and needed to undergo period as a result of this rest he told us. The models are wonderful and we essentially purchased for the kids, but again i'm acutely unhappy with having been lied to. Whenever we tried to contact a supervisor or one to help us we received the shuffle and noone ever answered. I understand this isn't how marriott really wants to be displayed and so i am moving this complaint to corporate to determine what if any action will be studied
